You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

All content, features, and functionality of SkyConnect's products and website — including but not limited to software, design, text, and graphics — are owned by SkyConnect BV and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our services without our prior written consent.

They do not replace the responsibility of individuals or organisations to verify their own compliance, qualifications, or operational data. We are not liable for any regulatory penalties, incidents, or losses arising from reliance on data stored in our products. All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behaviour that is harmful to other users or to the platform. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which time you may request an export.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
